Originally from Ethiopia, Ayele Solomon is the Creator of Bee D'Vine wines. Honey wine is Ethiopia's national beverage. Ayele created Bee D'Vine while on a quest to better understand the art and business of creating honey wine. He is working to conserve 250,000 hectares in the Kafa forest region of Ethiopia.
