Transport Plus is based out of Ellenwood, GA and is owned by Terrence McCrary, a.ka. Bigg Tee.  Those of you who know him have no doubt seen him with a cigar in his mouth on many occasions! Bigg Tee enjoys celebrating good times with his friends and family and can frequently be seen at Savoy Bar & Grill in Stockbridge. He is also an AVID Falcons fan.

I had the pleasure of meeting Terence over 5 years ago while searching for a new transporter for the car dealership I was working for. Legacy Ford is located in McDonough, GA and was founded by State Senator Emanuel Jones. His son, Emanuel Jones II, is the man in charge as General Manager. Like most automotive dealer's kids, young Emanuel grew up around his dad's business and worked there throughout his teens. He began pursuing a career as a doctor until he felt a sense of responsibility to the family business.

Legacy Automotive Group is the parent company of Legacy Ford and also includes Legacy Hyundai. Jones II desires to grow the group to a total of 5 dealerships.

CarLotz was originally launched in Richmond, VA and was co-founded by Aaron Montgomery. Having an extensive background in the automotive industry, I continue to keep my pulse on what is going on in that industry. I stumbled across CarLotz while researching some business models and was impressed with their setup. It wasn't until I was speaking to a friend about Black-owned dealerships that he told me about Aaron, who happened to be a high school friend of his.
